COST (in 2011) : Adults ~ 2 nights, $95.00; 1 night $66.00; Saturday only $20.00
Children 10-12 years old sleep for free eat for $29.00
Children 2-9 years old, sleep for free, eat for ½ $17.00 Children under 2- free

REGISTRATION OR APPLICATION DEADLINE usually MAY 1st.
WHEN DOES THE RETREAT START AND WHEN DOES IT END?

Check in will begin at 7:00 PM on Friday night (or Sat 10:00AM). We will finish at 1:30 PM on Sunday.
Our last meal will be lunch on Sunday, but you may stay at the camp later to hike or enjoy the day.
Most folks stay on Friday night. You can opt to come Saturday morning if you like and arrive by 10:00 AM.
WHERE WILL WE STAY?
Memorial Lodge has four rooms on each level that can sleep five. Each has a private bath.
Skipper Lodge has rooms that sleep two with bathrooms located at the end of the hall.
Everyone needs to bring their own bed linens and towels.
*PLEASE NOTE: Rooms will be assigned in order of registration.
I am asking those who have attended before to give first time registrants first choice on rooms.
WHAT WILL WE DO AT THE RETREAT
We will have time to talk, sing, worship, play outdoor games, meet as a group, meet together, hike, wagon ride, sit around a fireplace or campfire, play indoor games, do crafts, and of course- eat.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE RETREAT?
A deposit of $25.00 is due at registration. If possible, we are asking that folks pay for the event BEFORE we attend. This will help our treasurer who has to make a deposit before our event
and help Christian Education who will not then have to follow up with people after the retreat about additional payments. You can do this all at once or in payments to Ms. Wendy LeForge as you are able. This will be refunded if you need to cancel or do not attend for the whole event.
